Ive been feeling so lost lately and depressed, I felt all hope was lost for me. Then I came across this, and it really lifted my spirits in so many ways. Hope is all I have. Thank you for sharing and posting this. Lj

Great tips - thanks a lot! I will try to realize some of them in my home...
I've been diagnosed with burnout syndrome 2 weeks ago and try to work through it with my blog http://burning-noticed.blogspot.com. I'd love to know what you think of it.

Can i use the photo of the family for a class project? I am in a visual media class and we have to design an inspirational poster. It will not be used for commercial use, and will be seen by the class and the professor. I would appreciate it. Thanks for writing articles about the importance of families.

Good advice! I am guilty of not carving out enough one-on-one time with my oldest as I know she would like. I also cannot stress enough having help! Not only will you need help, but the older kids will get some extra attention. At first it was my mom, but now it’s my husband who has mostly taken over the bedtime routine with the older kids, during these newborn weeks. Consistency in their routine is key. Yes, we have struggles with tooth brushing (this Mom’s Guide has helped us!) and getting them to settle down, but we’ve made every effort to continue with their same routine every night.

A teacher I work with has a short fuse and she often screams at the kids. They are only 4 and 5 years old. Iove working with pre-k but I do not know when she will begin to scream and go off on them or me. I don't like it but afraid to speak up. Now after a year I have discovered I will be working with her another year. My friend says I should transfer and work with my former teacher who was a sweety pie and works in the same school, but she has special ed kids in 3rd grade and there is this one kid I don't want to deal with cos of his behavior problems. I dont want to tell on this teacher although everyone in the school seems to know of her problem. Thing is I never know when she is going to embarress me. My friend who works with another teacher next door says she didn't like hearing her scream at me the other day. I was so embarressed. More than once I have let this slide but afraid to speak up. What shall I do?????
